DORMA TS 73 V
Outstanding Versatility Quality Assured The classic
DORMA TS 73 range has matured into the world's most specified
hydraulic door closer for all types of interior doors. Its
pedigree has been proven by the countless imitations that
have appeared over the years.
The spring strength of the closer can now be easily and steplessly
adjusted by means of an allen key, ensuring optimum performance
in every situation.

TS 73 EMF
The DORMA TS 73 EMF is a combination of hydraulic door closer
and electro-magnetic hold-open.
When used with a smoke detector and control unit the TS 73
EMF can be employed as a hold-open unit for fire and smoke
doors. The door is held open hydraulically under electro-magnetic
control.
 Manual
door operation or a power failure will automatically cause
the solenoid valve to open, releasing the TS 73 EMF to close
the door. In the event of a fire, this operation is automatically
triggered by a smoke detector and control unit.

Outstanding Versatility Quality Assured Tested to BS
6459: Pt1: Class C Decades of experience have gone into
the development of the DORMA TS 83. The result is user comfort
coupled with outstanding versatility. It can be adjusted to
suit almost all typed of door.
Additional anti-corrosion protection for exposed or aggressive
conditions is available to special order.

 FLOORSPRING
DORMA BTS 75 V
Whether it be standard, narrow or wide, LH or RH single action,
or a double action door - the DORMA BTS 75 V is the answer,
offering the ideal spring size by simple in-situ adjustment
of a screw. Designed and built for rugged durability, the
DORMA BTS 75 V is suitable for all doors up to a weight of
120 kg and widths up to 1100mm, while its range of functions
ensures maximum user convenience, comfort and safety.
 Universal
floor spring with adjustable closing force, tested and approved
to EN 1154, size 1-4, corrosion class 4, non-handed unit suitable
for LH, RH and double action doors, with closing action operational
from approx 175°. With hydraulically fully controlled
closing cycle, adjustable closing speed with two independant
valves, and mechanical backcheck. Cover plate secured to floor
spring body. required.

DORMA BTS 80
Non-handed, for single and double action doors.
With adjustable hydraulic hold-open.
 Universal
non-handed floor spring for single and double action doors
up to max 300kg in weight. With closing action from approx
175°, hydraulically fully controlled and with integral
pressure compensation feature for multi-point, hold-open between
75° and 180° (selectable). With adjustable beginning
of hold-open, delayed action (end of delayed action range
adjustable between 75° and 105°), and backcheck; including
cement box and interchangeable spindle insert.

Floor spring with electro-hydraulic hold-open and integral
pressure compensation feature for multipoint hold-open between
75° and 175°.
With adjustable, hydraulically fully controlled closing speed,
adjustable latching action, backcheck; including cement box
and replaceable spindle insert.
